Allocation of residence places, inspection of private tenancy contracts and mediation with landlords. Accommodation is guaranteed to first-year students applying by 15 August.
Counselling and wellbeing
Free confidential counselling in English and Serbian, peer support groups and a 24-hour emergency line for students in distress.
Careers and Alumni Service
Internship placement, CV and interview preparation, the annual careers fair and the alumni mentoring network across Europe and the wider Danube region.
Scholarships and Finance Desk
Administration of the scholarship competition, instalment plans, hardship grants and refunds, with a published decision timetable.
Disability and accessibility support
Individual study arrangements, accessible teaching rooms and examination adjustments agreed with the faculty at the start of each semester.
